Development and implementation of a tailor-made solution
The custom solution developed by our full-stack team is based on technologies offering optimal performance, with a front-end built in React and a back-end in Python. The AI engine relies on a RAG/multi-LLM architecture orchestrated by the LangGraph framework. Solution stability and non-regression are ensured by a CI/CD pipeline.
Deployment and international rollout
Building on the successful launch in the US market, we are supporting the client in the global deployment of the conversational agent, with current adaptations for the UK and Poland to address the unique characteristics of these markets. This expansion will enhance customer engagement and drive international business growth.
