The need
A leader in the luxury industry aims to enhance the employee experience, thereby impacting the customer experience, through the digitalization of internal processes and the promotion of innovation and artificial intelligence.
The main objectives:
- Improve operational efficiency and relieve employees of low-value-added tasks.
- Enhance employee satisfaction.
- Differentiate through innovation and improve attractiveness.

The collaboration with Velvet is based on a shared vision of the close correlation between the customer experience and the employee experience.
A better employee experience through digital innovation
Innovative projects have been undertaken to optimize internal processes. Concrete examples of these projects include maintenance management applications in stores, point-of-sale display (PLV) ordering, as well as ordering drinks or valets for customers.
A better employee experience through artificial intelligence
We set up a Proof of Concept (POC) factory to test artificial intelligence use cases for employee experience. For example, predicting traffic to anticipate customer flows in stores or automating appointment scheduling through automated listening of WhatsApp messages.
Cultural integration and education on the challenges of artificial intelligence in luxury
We organized an inspirational morning on artificial intelligence for the executive committee in France. During this session, we took the time to explain the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, highlighting various possible applications and illustrating how luxury players can leverage this technology to transform and stand out.
