Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager, you will work on different tasks :

Operational role

  • Management, piloting and implementation of Digital Marketing projects (Marketing Automation / CDP / CRM / API): help with selection, integration, migrations, upgrades.
  • Technical and functional support (ticket management, incident resolution, data model evolution).
  • Strategic role in respecting budget and schedule, leading technical and functional workshops, drafting specifications, etc.

Customer support role

  • Identifying and proposing new high-value topics for the customers you support;
  • Detect, negotiate and conclude the sale of services in collaboration with the Managers and the Pole Director (customer meetings, needs analysis, response to tender offer, presentation of commercial proposals, management of commercial rebounds, etc.)

Managerial role

  • Managing the consultants assigned to your team, monitoring their performance and supporting their professional development.
  • Follow-up of employees' projects and corresponding customers.
  • Participation in consultant recruitment processes
  • Setting objectives, annual interviews and development interviews.


Profile :

You are a graduate of an engineering or business school (or a Master's degree) and have at least 5 years' experience (post-studies) in the field of Digital Marketing (Marketing Automation in particular).

You have a solid knowledge of one of the following solutions: Adobe Campaign / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Unica / Selligent / one or more CDPs.

You have a first significant experience in managing technical profiles.

You are fluent in English & French. 


Interview procedure :
