Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Director of Creative Customer Experience, you will work on the following issues:

โœ… Strategy

  • Marketing/omni-channel strategy
  • Redesign of customer programs
  • Multichannel relational action plan
  • Creation of new offers (products/services)
  • Commercial action plan and market entry strategies
  • Economic models and ROI
  • Monitoring, sector benchmarking, market research

โœ… Operational consulting

  • Project management
  • Change management for business or technological changes (e.g., training/change management)
  • Optimization and efficiency of processes (e.g., marketing campaign management)
  • Operational support within Marketing, Sales, and Service teams (e.g., transition management)

โœ… Managerial role

  • Management of a team of Business Consulting Consultants
  • Management, supervision, and implementation of client projects within deadlines and budget forecasts
  • Consultation and support in project methodology for consultant teams
  • Coordination of strategic and operational recommendations in response to marketing and commercial issues for our clients
  • Contribution to the development of the Business Consulting offer at Velvet
  • Support for commercial activities: client meetings, needs analysis, response to tenders, presentation of commercial proposals, handling commercial negotiations, etc.

Profile :

Graduate of a leading business school or a university master's program, with a minimum of 10 years' experience at a consulting firm. Passionate about customer experience themes (marketing, sales, customer relations, e-commerce, customer value development, customer lifetime, acquisition/retention/fidelity strategies).

Significant experience in managing consultant teams addressing issues related to Customer Strategy/Marketing Strategy. Strong experience in methodology and management of strategic projects. Proven track record of consultancy sales to major accounts in complex and multi-decision-maker environments.

Preferred contact for Marketing, Sales, Digital, Studies, and Customer Relations Directors, you help our clients define a strategic vision and succeed in operational implementation.

Good knowledge of one or more of these industries: Retail/CPG, Pharma, Banking/Insurance, Telco/Media/Pure Players, Industry.

Your are fluent in English & French.
